How we handle the personal data you send us through this website

Who we are

Ampyron Technologies AS, Norway, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@ampyron.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the Contact or Request access forms: your name, work email, organisation, details about your sites, and your message. This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.

Why we use it

To reply to you, and, if you asked for access, to discuss whether EntoSense fits your sites. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us. We don’t use your data for anything else, and we never sell it.

Where it goes

Your message is sent as an email to our inbox. Two providers process it for us: Amazon Web Services, which sends the email, and Google Workspace, which hosts our inbox. Amazon Web Services processes it in the United States, under the safeguards for transfers outside the EEA that it provides, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as we need to follow up. If you don’t become a customer, we delete your messages within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@ampyron.com. If you think we’re handling your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Data in the EntoSense dashboard is covered by the agreement with each customer, not by this notice.
